We’re here to help if something’s not quite right with your order. Some items can be returned, but we do have to follow specific guidelines set by our supplier. Please read the details below carefully so we can ensure a smooth return process for you.


How to Request a Return

     

      • Before sending anything back, please contact us by email: info@packit123.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without this number cannot be accepted.

      • To be eligible, your return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.

      • We’ll need your order number when you reach out, so please have it handy.


    What Can Be Returned

       

        • Only stock items (not custom/special orders) in original, unopened packaging, and in like-new, resellable condition can be returned.

        • The item must still be a stocked product with our supplier at the time of the return.

        • The quantity returned must match the original package quantity (no partial returns on bulk items).

        • Items must be returned within 10 business days after we issue your RA number. Once we receive the item we issue a full refund within 2 business days.

        • Items affected by extraordinary events (like health emergencies or viral outbreaks) are non-returnable once shipped.


      Important Return Conditions

         

          • RA number and order number must be clearly written on the shipping label, not just the box.

          • All returns must be shipped prepaid—we’re unable to accept collect shipments.

          • Items must arrive undamaged. If your order was damaged in transit, it must be noted with the carrier at delivery time for us to process a claim.


        Restocking Fees

           

            • 25% restocking fee applies to returned stock items.

            • For non-stock or custom products, the restocking fee may be higher depending on the supplier’s policy.

            • Custom and special-order items cannot be returned. These are clearly marked on your invoice.
